hmm well since the church is havin renovations P. Philip ko came to our class to take over the chapel period.... well he told us a story... it was a forwarded email...... well it goes like tis......
There was really rich man, he liked to collect paintings of famous artists and his son died in a war while saving people. He died when a bullet shot into his heart while saving people. Afew months later one of the soldier which the son saved came to the father and gave him a painting of his son. The father stared at the painting, n tears start rolling down his face.
The soldier said, "When your son saved me, he got shot in the heart and bcoze of him and im still living now."
The father said,"how much do i pay you for the painting?"
The soldier replied,"Your son saved me, and i cannot repay him. But i know you like collecting paintings, so this is just a gift for you in memory of your son."
The father hung the picture up among all the other famous paintings. Many people from all over the world came to see his painting museum, as it has many paintings of famous artists.But he would show the painting of his son first before he goes on showing the rest to the people.
One day the father died of old age and they were auctioning of all his properties, since he doesn't have anyone to inherit them. At the auction many people came and wanted to buy the famous paintings. The first painting being auctioned was the painting of his son, it was by a unknown painter and no one wants to buy it. The auctioner kept holding on to the painting and kept asking people to start giving a price for it, but no one wanted to buy it.Later a old gardener who used to work in the house gave the first price
The old gardener,"$10 is wad i have and i want to buy the painting."
A stranger added,"Go on, continue with the othe paintings..."
But the auctioner said,"But the auction is over..."
Everyone were talking among themselves, and the auctioner said, before the rich man died he wrote a will. In the will it said tat whoever buys the painting of the son, he would inherit all the properties and the paintings he owns.
