I feel that making friends and getting a lifelong partner is exactly like the childhood game which most of us have played before, the egg toy machine. That game where people put in a coin and turn the lever, just by looking into the machine you will see lots of different plastic eggs, looking at the advertisement at the front of the machine you will have some kind of toy in mind you hope to receive, however whether you will get the toy in mind would depend on your luck. Due to those evil store keepers, they would put in toys which not many people want so that they would try again.
The eggs in the machine are the huge community of people out there. Adding the coin into the machine and turning the lever is the effort put in to get to know about the person. The advertisement is the first impression that people in the community give. The other toys are the minority people, the very extremes, either the very evil people which you wished you never meet or those rare, very good and kind people which you thought never existed. Due to the different characters of everyone, they would be impressed with different eggs.
Many people have played this game, and have played them many times. The life of the egg toy after leaving the machine would be how much you like being with the person, either being chucked into a toy basket, or onto the table which would be seen frequently. I believe that there is no such thing as there is a destined fish in the sea meant for everyone, and some how or rather the fish will come to you some part in your life and live happily ever after.
I’m going to be 18 this year, and I guess I’ve got to open my eyes wide and look around and make more friends. I do not want to be single any longer, but is there any choice? Do I sound despo? Ha ha ha, well this was just a random thought after observing people playing this machine.
