This is a micro view of what struck my eye in the sand that day. A shell in another shell, it is indeed a rare sight. This picture was shot very close to the ocean, so what are the chances of that small shell falling into the other bigger shell? I don’t know, but I am sure the chances are really minute. It was after taking a few shots that I turned my back and wanted to walk away when Manuri asked me if I wanted to pick up those shells. That question did not strike me initially, till I turned back to get it but it was too late. The bigger shell was still there but the smaller shell was gone. I guess it could have been washed into the sea. Sigh! It was something to regret indeed. It seems like it is just shells but I guess it is a lesson learnt. I must treasure every moment I have with every loved one before I actually lose them.
